# Enrol in a course

> Find a course, create an account, and enrol.

This is the learner path from the public catalogue to being enrolled.

  <Step title="Open the academy site">
    Go to `your-academy.rittly.in`. Browse published courses. You do not need an account to look.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open a course">
    Read the description, curriculum outline, instructor, and price. Free courses say enrol instantly. Paid courses show the price.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in or create an account">
    Click **Sign in and enrol**. If you are new, **Create an account** in the popup. Confirm the email code there. After success, enrolment continues automatically.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pay if needed">
    Free: you are in immediately. Paid: complete Razorpay or Stripe checkout. Closing the payment window without paying does not enrol you.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the course">
    You land in the lesson viewer for that course.
  </Step>

If you are already signed in, the button says **Enrol free** or **Enrol for** {price}.
