Academy settings

Owners and admins open Settings from the sidebar. Students never see this link.

General

Academy name, accent colour, and branding. Only the owner can rename or delete the academy.

Attach a custom hostname. See Academy sites.

Add staff

Name, email, and a role (not student — learners join by enrolment or the Students screen).

Change role

Use the dropdown on the member row.

Custom roles

Create a role and tick capabilities. You cannot grant “manage the academy” (delete) on a custom role.

Shows the academy plan (for example Pro, billed by Rittly). This is not the same as learner checkout.

Verify and sync rebuilds the daily rollup if dashboard numbers look stale. This is an owner operation.
