Overview dashboard

Overview is the staff dashboard. Learners are sent to Courses instead.

Date range

Use 7, 30, or 90 days, or a custom from/to. The range is in the URL so it survives refresh and sharing. Windows are capped so a huge range cannot overload the page.

KPI cards

• Active enrolments
• Lessons completed per day
• Completion rate
• Average course rating (shows a muted dash when nobody has rated yet)

Each card can compare to the previous window, or say no prior data.

Enrollment trend

Bars for enrolled vs completed over the window.

Latest updates

A feed of enrolments, completions, reviews, and publishes. Filter with All activity and search. Row dates do not open a menu.

Course performance

A table of courses you can search and sort. Export is available from the dashboard export action for staff. Numbers come from a daily rollup plus a live tail. If the rollup is behind, it catches up in the background after the page loads. Owners can Verify and sync under Settings → Analytics if totals look wrong.
