Create your workspace
Open rittly.in/signup. Enter your name, email, and password, accept the terms, then confirm the 6-digit code emailed to you. You are signed in automatically after the code matches. On the hub (
rittly.in) this creates a creator workspace. On an academy host (your-academy.rittly.in) this creates a learner account for that academy instead.2
Open the academy
After sign-up you land in the app. Staff see Overview in the sidebar. Learners see Courses and never see Overview. If you belong to more than one academy, you are asked to choose one first.
3
Create a course
Go to Courses, then New Course. Pick Rittly Editor (recommended) or the Quick wizard.
- Add a title, description, category, and level.
- Create at least one module and one lesson.
- Write lesson content with slash commands: text, video, quiz, assignment, or file.
- Save a draft, or publish when the curriculum is ready.
4
Set how learners get in
Open the course, then Pricing. Choose free (enrol instantly) or a paid price. Paid enrolment needs a payment integration under Integrations.Open Settings on the course to choose drip (all at once, interval, custom schedule, or sequential) and whether to issue a certificate.
5
Share the public page
Published courses appear on the academy catalogue at
your-academy.rittly.in. The sales page has Sign in and enrol. New learners can Create an account in the same popup, including the email code step, without leaving the course.6
Invite staff or add students
Owners and admins open Settings → People to add instructors and admins. Use Students to add a learner by name and email, or wait for them to enrol themselves.
You now have an academy, a course, and a way for people to join. Next, read Roles so you know what each person can see.
