Staff with directory access use Students to see everyone enrolled in the academy as a learner.

Add a student

Open Students

Sidebar → Students.

Add student

Enter name and email. They are attached to this academy as a student and notified that they can sign in.

Or let them enrol

If they enrol from a public course, they join the academy themselves. You do not have to pre-create them.

Tags

Open Students → Tags to create tags. Enrolling in a course also attaches that course’s tag automatically so paid and free enrolments stay tagged the same way.

A student’s page

Open a student to see courses, progress, tags, and whether they have signed in. Edit changes name and email. Remove takes them out of this academy after confirmation. Progress for one course is under Courses → that course → Learners → that person.
